ABOUT US
The newly-created company «Mindfour Group» was started in Kyiv in 2022 by means of rebranding, collecting under its name some of the best specialists of developing the construction sector in Ukraine. Our goal – quality transformation of the industry and attracting foreign investments to Ukraine
Each of us has covered a long way for refining and understanding the term «proficiency» in construction industry: starting from business planning on paper – to commissioning a building and receiving a profit by our customers. Every step of the project, either it is a housing estate or shopping mall or a production facility, it has specifics of its own in development, approval documentation, directly in construction works and so on. We can, understand and are ready to accompany efficiently our customers on the way of business projects implementation.
The experience of our specialists is up to 20 years in the biggest developer companies of Ukraine. We realized international investment projects in Kyiv, Odesa, Donetsk, Chernivtsi, Zaporizhzhya, Kryvyj Rih, Lviv and Kharkiv regions, among which the first in Ukraine green project certified by «BREEAM» – shopping mall «Rose Park» in Donetsk. Over 470 million euros of investments have been engaged and about 7400 jobs created.
The specialists of the company Mindfour Group have completed numerous successful projects on construction and providing supporting services for productions as well as office buildings, shopping malls, culture and educational institutions, health care facilities, hotel and recreation complexes along with the objects of infrastructure in Ukraine.

Green construction
The specialists of Mindfour Group – took part in designing and implementation of the first in Ukraine project of the shopping mall Rose Park (Donetsk, Ukraine, with the total area - 48 000 m2 ), which received the certificate with the mark «Good» by the British Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) BREEAM. The aim of the green construction is protection of land resources and the environment during construction works, maintaining high quality of the air. The green certification is also used for international recognition of the project and economic attractiveness for investors and tenants.
In the market of Ukraine the Mindfour Group – offer services in certification of new construction projects by the standards of BREEAM, LEED, DGNB and EDGE. For the existing objects we offer certification in accordance with BREEAM standards In-Use.
